Wilmington Pilot Guidelines
The Wilmington Pilot is Jobsees’ first local community for exploring professional connections, introductions, and opportunities. These guidelines explain how to participate and what to expect.
1. Why we’re starting locally
Starting in Wilmington gives Jobsees a focused community in which to learn from professionals and participating companies. The pilot will help us understand what creates useful conversations, relevant introductions, and reasons to return.
Jobsees is a professional social networking platform. Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions.
Participation does not guarantee employment, responses, interviews, or specific outcomes.
2. Who Can Participate
The pilot is focused on Wilmington, North Carolina, and its surrounding community. Participation may be introduced in stages so we can support members effectively.
Participants must meet existing account eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years old. Submitting an interest form does not guarantee admission or activate access.
- Professionals exploring connections or opportunities.
- People starting or changing careers.
- Authorized company representatives.
- Participants willing to provide constructive feedback.
3. Wilmington Pilot Employer Access
Pilot participation, eligibility, and available services are explained through the applicable onboarding and employer-access terms. Any future paid services will be explained in advance and require separate enrollment.
Company approval and individually authorized access are required.
The Wilmington Pilot is Jobsees’ initial local launch. Participating companies can help shape the platform through feedback.
4. Company Approval
Ordinary registration does not require a pilot inquiry. The optional interest form is a way to ask questions about participation.
Company setup and verification are required before employer tools are available.
5. Current Participation and Future Services
Any future paid services require separate enrollment and are explained in advance.
An internal pilot review date does not grant free access, trigger billing, or suspend access. Historical records are retained.
6. Individual Accounts and Team Access
NO SHARED LOGIN CREDENTIALS
Each authorized team member must sign in through their own verified, authenticated account. Login credentials may not be shared.
Company affiliation and role-based permissions remain required. Company membership never grants another person’s private conversations or recordings.
Legitimate use of your own account across your devices is allowed. Shared office networks do not establish credential sharing. Profile photos are not required.
7. Access and Historical Billing
Approved, authorized company members can use implemented employer tools under the applicable employer-access terms.
Billing status and former trial dates do not suspend access. Verification, moderation, account security and each position’s expiration date still apply.
Existing payment integrations and historical records are retained. Any existing subscription changes require explicit owner action.
8. Professional Participation
Written participation is welcome. Audio summaries and camera use are optional.
A purchase, endorsement, or testimonial is not required.
- Provide accurate professional information.
- Respect privacy and communication preferences.
- Make introductions honestly and with appropriate permission.
- Communicate respectfully and provide constructive feedback.
- Report misleading opportunities or misuse.
9. Company and Position Responsibilities
Companies must provide their organization legal name, company logo, direct corporate website, and authorized hiring contact.
Company and position details must complete the applicable review before publication.
Duplicate requisition numbers are blocked within an organization. Similar postings may require clarification to confirm that they represent separate opportunities.
Expired, paused, closed, filled, or moderation-restricted positions cannot accept new applications.
Position deadlines remain independent of company participation. Applications require an approved, open, unexpired position and an individually entitled hiring contact.
- A role title and meaningful description.
- A unique internal requisition number.
- Exact compensation, currency, and pay period.
- Location and work arrangement.
- Employment type and application expiration date.
- An authorized hiring contact.
10. Community Conduct
The existing User Agreement applies. Jobsees cannot prevent every misuse.
- No impersonation or fictitious opportunities.
- No requests for payment to secure employment.
- No harassment or unlawful discrimination.
- No spam or deceptive automated replies.
- No unauthorized scraping or redistribution of member information.
- No misleading referrals, knowingly false reports, or retaliation.
11. Privacy and Feedback
Participation does not make your private profile or conversations public. Access depends on the platform’s sharing settings and permissions.
Evaluation priorities include completed onboarding, useful introductions, professional conversations and replies, genuine active opportunities, repeat participation, and employer interest in continued access. These are measurement priorities, not existing results.
Publishing these guidelines does not add new tracking. Obtain separate permission before publishing participant names, logos, quotations, photographs, or case studies.
12. Reporting and Support
Jobsees may review reported activity, request clarification, restrict content, or suspend participation under the User Agreement. A report does not establish wrongdoing or automatically remove a position.
Use the reporting controls on an available position or contact Jobsees for help.
These guidelines supplement the existing User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
