Terms of Use

Clear expectations for a private, relationship-first community.

1. About Jobsees

Jobsees provides a private professional networking platform for connections, referrals, personal introductions, and interactions with hiring teams.

These Terms govern your use of Jobsees. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or use another person’s account without authorization.

If you act for a company, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

3. Respectful and lawful use

You must not:

  • Submit fraudulent jobs, misleading credentials, or false company information.
  • Harass, threaten, unlawfully discriminate against, or exploit another person.
  • Send spam or unauthorized bulk invitations.
  • Scrape, harvest, sell, or republish private member information.
  • Bypass access restrictions or attempt to enter another company’s workspace.
  • Upload malicious software or interfere with the service.
  • Use information obtained through Jobsees for unrelated solicitation.
  • Upload material you lack permission to share.

4. Private information and introductions

Respect the privacy of profiles, recordings, messages, referrals, and introductions.

Access to another person’s information does not give you permission to publish it, distribute it broadly, or use it for unrelated purposes. Share information only with authorization or another lawful basis.

An introduction does not guarantee a response, interview, job offer, or employment relationship.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

You give Jobsees a nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, format, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service and deliver interactions you authorize. Service providers may process content for those purposes.

This permission does not make private content public or authorize unrelated advertising use.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.

6. Employers and hiring teams

Employers are responsible for their hiring decisions, job descriptions, compensation disclosures, communications, and compliance with applicable employment, privacy, and nondiscrimination laws.

Use candidate information only for authorized hiring purposes. Do not request recruitment payments from candidates or use the platform for fraudulent opportunities.

Company administrators are responsible for managing workspace access and promptly removing users who should no longer have access.

A verification label describes the checks associated with that label. It is not a guarantee of job availability, candidate suitability, employer conduct, or a successful hiring outcome.

7. Recordings and interviews

Do not record, transcribe, or distribute an interview or private conversation without required notice, permissions, and consent.

You are responsible for your surroundings and for information you choose to disclose during a call.

If you purchase employer services, the applicable order or checkout screen must disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation process, and any applicable refund policy before purchase.

Separate employer agreements may apply. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the more specific agreement governs the relevant paid service.

9. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies may apply when you use those services. Jobsees does not control third-party sites or independently operated hiring organizations.

10. Platform ownership

Jobsees branding, software, and platform materials belong to Jobsees or its licensors. These Terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.

11. Suspension and account closure

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate violations, protect users, comply with law, or address security risks.

You may request account closure through available account controls or by contacting hello@jobsees.com.

Account closure does not automatically cancel a separately managed paid subscription unless the applicable cancellation process states otherwise.

Information handling after closure is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Service availability and responsibility

Jobsees does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular networking or employment outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Questions and disputes

Contact hello@jobsees.com with questions or concerns about these Terms or your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from reporting concerns to a regulator or exercising rights available under applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice where required. Where affirmative agreement is required, we will request it before applying the relevant changes.
