Jobsees is a private, referral-based professional network built around personal introductions. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Jobsees.

Member profiles are not public profiles. Access to member information depends on your actions, your relationships, and the permissions associated with a specific feature.

Your Inner Circle is private to you. Jobsees does not publicly display your connection list or connection count.

When you apply for an opportunity, accept an introduction, or share information with a hiring team, the authorized recipient may receive the information necessary for that interaction. Joining Jobsees does not give employers unrestricted access to the member community.

The public founder page is separate from private member accounts.

Depending on the features you use, we collect:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and authentication details.
• Professional information you choose to provide, such as work experience, skills, résumé, profile photo, and employment preferences.
• Recordings you choose to submit, including your voice introduction, and transcripts where that feature is available.
• Connection, invitation, referral, application, and introduction information.
• Messages and support requests submitted through Jobsees.
• Company and workspace membership information for employer accounts.
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device information, IP addresses, session activity, and error logs.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, medical records, or other sensitive information in profiles or messages.

We use information to:

• Create and maintain accounts.
• Support private connections, referrals, and personal introductions.
• Deliver applications and information you choose to share.
• Operate employer workspaces.
• Draft a profile summary with an artificial intelligence service when you request one.
• Send account, security, invitation, and service communications.
• Respond to support requests.
• Investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain the service.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.

You control whether to submit a voice introduction. Access to a recording follows the permissions associated with the relevant profile, application, or introduction.

Camera and microphone access require device permission. Jobsees does not automatically record interviews. Any future recording feature must provide clear notice and obtain consent where required.

If you ask Jobsees to draft a profile summary, the professional information you provide for that request is processed by an artificial intelligence service provider to produce the draft. If transcription or other automated processing is enabled, Jobsees will explain what information is processed, why it is processed, and which service providers receive it before you use that feature.

We share information:

• With members or hiring teams as needed for an interaction you initiate or authorize.
• With authorized company users within the relevant employer workspace.
• With service providers supporting functions such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, and artificial intelligence processing.
• When reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or address security threats.
• In connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable notice and privacy requirements.

Hiring organizations may handle information they receive under their own privacy policies. Information already received or downloaded by another party may remain in that party’s records after you remove it from Jobsees.

Jobsees uses cookies or similar technologies to support functions such as authentication, security, and session preferences.

Any additional analytics, advertising, or optional tracking must be accurately disclosed here and accompanied by consent or preference controls where required.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@jobsees.com. Available account settings may also let you update your profile and manage information you have shared.

Requests may require identity verification. Certain records may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute purposes. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including operating your account and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is held.

We use safeguards intended to protect information and restrict unauthorized access. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security.

Jobsees is intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@jobsees.com.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
