Copyright Policy
Operator: Jobsees LLC · Website: https://jobsees.com
1. Respect for Copyright
Jobsees respects intellectual property rights and requires members, employers, recruiters, and other users to do the same.
This policy addresses copyright ownership, authorized use, and reports of suspected infringement. It supplements the Jobsees User Agreement.
2. Jobsees Materials
Copyright © 2026 Jobsees LLC. All rights reserved in materials owned by Jobsees.
Original website text, graphics, software, and other copyrightable materials created and owned by Jobsees are protected under applicable United States copyright law.
This notice does not claim ownership of member content, third-party materials, public-domain works, facts, ideas, or other material that copyright law does not protect.
Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Jobsees, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display protected Jobsees materials.
You may access and use the website through its intended features for legitimate personal and professional purposes.
3. Member and Employer Content
Members and employers retain their ownership rights in original content they submit, subject to the rights of others.
This may include résumés, written summaries, audio recordings, photographs, company materials, and original role descriptions, to the extent those materials qualify for copyright protection.
Submitting content does not transfer ownership to Jobsees. You grant Jobsees the limited permissions described in the User Agreement so we can operate and support the Services.
You must own your submitted content or have sufficient permission or legal authority to use it. Do not assume that material is free to copy because it appears online.
4. Use of Other Members’ Content
Access to content through Jobsees does not give you ownership or unrestricted permission to reuse it.
Unless separately authorized or permitted by law, you must not:
- Republish another member’s résumé, written summary, or recordings.
- Copy company materials for unrelated purposes.
- Redistribute private candidate content.
- Use another person’s recordings to create voice replicas.
- Use protected member content to train AI systems.
- Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
Privacy and contractual restrictions may apply even where particular information is not protected by copyright.
5. Fair Use and Other Lawful Uses
Nothing in this policy limits fair use, use of public-domain material, or other rights and exceptions provided by applicable law.
Fair use depends on the circumstances. Attribution alone does not establish permission or make an otherwise infringing use lawful.
Before submitting an infringement report, consider whether the challenged use is authorized by a license, fair use, or another legal exception.
6. Copyright Infringement Reports
If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for its owner and believe material on Jobsees infringes that copyright, contact:
Jobsees LLC — Copyright Reports6702 Yellow Bell Rd

United States
Email: hello@jobsees.com
Subject: Copyright Infringement Report
Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if your report covers multiple works.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient for us to locate it, such as the exact page URL or content identifier.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the challenged use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Do not include passwords, financial account information, or unrelated sensitive documents.
This contact is a copyright reporting channel. Its publication does not by itself represent that Jobsees has registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
7. Review and Removal
Jobsees may request additional information, restrict access to reported material, remove content, or take appropriate account action.
When handling a valid notice under an applicable statutory process, we will follow that process, including applicable requirements for expeditious action and notification.
A report is an allegation, not a final determination of infringement.
We may provide the affected uploader with the report and relevant contact information when necessary to review the claim or follow a legal process. We cannot promise anonymity for copyright notices or counter-notices.
8. Counter-Notifications
If your content was removed or disabled through a DMCA notice-and-takedown process and you believe this resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to hello@jobsees.com.
A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, the statement must consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district where Jobsees may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or that person’s agent.
Where the statutory DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, we will forward a qualifying counter-notification to the original reporting party. Material will ordinarily be restored no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt, unless we receive notice that the reporting party has filed an action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringement.
Content may remain unavailable for a separate, legitimate violation of the Jobsees User Agreement or another applicable legal obligation.
9. Repeat Infringement
Jobsees maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
We may also restrict uploads or suspend accounts when warranted by infringement concerns, abuse, or other violations.
Where applicable, Jobsees accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures within the meaning of 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
10. False or Abusive Claims
Do not submit knowingly false infringement notices or counter-notifications.
Knowing material misrepresentations in a statutory notice or counter-notification may result in liability under applicable law, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Do not use copyright reporting to suppress criticism, resolve an ordinary employment disagreement, or claim ownership of facts or ideas.
11. Trademarks and Impersonation
Copyright and trademark rights are different. Names, titles, and short slogans generally are not protected by copyright, although trademark or other laws may apply.
Use of the Jobsees name or branding must not falsely suggest sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Report company impersonation, misleading branding, or trademark concerns to hello@jobsees.com. Identify the concern accurately rather than submitting it as a copyright claim unless copyright is also involved.
12. Permission Requests
To request permission to reuse Jobsees-owned materials, email hello@jobsees.com with:
- The material you wish to use.
- Your intended purpose.
- Where and how it will appear.
- Whether the use is commercial.
Silence does not constitute permission.
